Gua Sha is an an ancient Chinese healing technique with numerous benefits for the skin. Using the Skin Gym Jade Gua Sha Tool to massage the face stimulates circulation, helps produce collagen, softens fine lines and wrinkles, decreases puffiness, sculpts facial muscles, and releases tension.

About Jade: Metaphysically, Jade is the stone of peace and tranquility. Known to promote harmony, enhance relaxation, and block negative energy—it’s perfect stone for your nighttime facial treatments.

We love using this gua sha tool because of the numerous benefits the massage technique has on the skin. After only a few minutes of use, you can visibly notice a more lifted and depuffed complexion. Its small size also makes it convenient to pack during travel to continue your skin routine even while on the go.
