There is something sacred about January. It’s such a nice reset and pause after the fullness of the holiday season. I love that it feels like a fresh slate and an invitation to reset with intention. I’ve always loved this time of year because it encourages us to slow down, reconnect with our rituals and recommit to caring for ourselves in ways that feel deeply nourishing and sustainable.
January 2026 feels crazy but here we are! Every new year, time seems to be flying by but let’s make it more of a reminder that beauty is actually not about rushing into change, but about building slow, consistent, steady and strong foundations. This month, I’m focusing on embodiment, hydration and longevity. Supporting my skin, body and hair from head to toe so I feel grounded, radiant and fully present as I step into the year ahead.
The products I’m sharing this month are ones I’ve been reaching for consistently this winter. They support deep hydration, healthy barrier function, a gorgeous sun kissed glow and confidence in a very real, lived in way. Fitglow Cloud Ceramide Body Cream
If you know me, you know I am a sucker for body care and full-body hydration. I truly believe caring for the skin on your body is just as important as caring for your face, especially during the winter months when dryness, irritation and barrier disruption tend to show up more easily.
The Fitglow Cloud Ceramide Body Cream has quickly become one of my favorites. The texture is exactly what the name suggests, cloud-like, velvety and incredibly luxurious on the skin. It melts in effortlessly, leaving the skin feeling deeply nourished without any heaviness or residue.
What really makes this formula special is its focus on ceramides. The Westman Atelier Sun Tone Liquid Bronzing Drops have been flying off the shelves for a reason, and every time they’re back in stock, they don’t last long.
These drops give the most beautiful sun-kissed warmth without ever looking heavy, muddy or overdone. The formula is sheer, buildable and incredibly easy to work with, making it perfect for everyday wear. I love mixing a few drops into my foundation or skin tint, or applying it strategically to enhance my bone structure and add warmth where the sun would naturally hit.

This is my holy grail hair serum. I Create Shine gives the hair the most beautiful, healthy looking sheen while keeping everything soft, smooth and frizz-free. It feels incredibly lightweight and never weighs the hair down, which is key for me since my hair tends to lean on the drier side, especially in colder weather.
What I love most is how versatile it is. I use it on damp hair after washing to seal in hydration and smooth the ends, and I also love it as a finishing product after styling to add that final touch of gloss and polish. Ayuna The Facial (High)
One of my go to products for skin resurfacing is Ayuna The Facial (High). This is an incredible multipurpose product that I use similarly to a toner, and it delivers true facial-level results at home.
It’s a prebiotic refining concentrate that helps balance the skin’s pH, support a healthy microbiome, and refine texture without stripping or irritation. The formula combines gentle exfoliating acids with plasmas rich in noni cell factors, which work together to smooth the skin, refine pores, and brighten the complexion.
