Please note our return policy:

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. A receipt is required. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products due to hygiene, safety, and the cost impact to our small business.

If you’ve experienced a skin reaction, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the reaction and product. Approved cases will receive store credit or an exchange.

If you are unsure about a product, ask our team about samples — we’re happy to help you try before you buy when available.

Customers who cannot come in store to return their items will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return.
