GET THE LOOK USING THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS
STEP 1:
We always recommend starting your makeup with clean and hydrated skin. Start with skin first. For makeup, you can always apply your eye products first! We started with the layering between creams of Kosas 'Tropic Equinox' and RMS Eyelights Cream Eyeshadow in Flare. This combination gives a warm and glowing hue to deeper skin tones and looks so gorgeous as a bright creamy polish on the eye. You can use your ring finger to apply or a brush.
STEP 2:
Next, we applied a generous layer of the RMS Straight Up Volumizing Peptide Mascara to help this "natural" eye pop before we apply the corner false lashes.
STEP 3:
What we love about the Battington Beauty Demi 3D Half Lash is that it's short but mighty! It looks so glam without having a thick or long band. We always recommend trimming the small end of extra plastic on the ends to ensure your eye is comfortable. Massage the lash band so it's not too stiff. You will want this to be able to move with your eyelid comfortably. Hold the lashes with a pair of tweezers, apply a thin but even layer of glue to the band, look down into a hand mirror and gently apply the outer corner to your lash line and roll in the band towards the center of the eye. You can press your natural lashes into the band for comfort as well.
STEP 4:
To fill in the brows, we love shaping the brow hair with the spoolie end of the Kosas Brow Pop Pencil. These EcoBrow defining crayon pencils are so easy to use and they glide onto the skin easily with great pigment. Start at the base of the brow and work the color upwards with pencil- like strokes. Follow this technique from the front of the brow to the end and buff in lightly with the spoolie wand. Lastly, apply a soft layer of the Kosas Air Brow Clear Brow Gel.
STEP 5:
For skin, we love the coverage and consistency of the RMS "Un" Cover-Up Foundation. It's rich, it's creamy, and it's full coverage. You can apply this foundation starting in the t-zones and under the eye using your ring finger and blending out. Or you can use one of the RMS Skin2Skin foundation brushes.
STEP 6:
Set the foundation with the RMS "Un" Powder in the t-zones and anywhere else you feel you need it!
STEP 7:
Using your ring finger or a flat foundation brush, apply the Kosas Cosmetics High Intensity 'Velvet Melon' cream blush and highlight. We love starting the blush on the apple of the cheek and extending it up along the cheekbone towards the hairline. Once you love the blush, apply a soft layer of the highlight tone to the high planes of the complexion. This will give you a gorgeous glow all along the face.<
STEP 8:
Now this look needs it's main player! A good lip. We applied a layer of the RMS lipstick Rebound and topped it off with a layer of the Kosas Wet Lip Oil in Fruitjuice. We love this soft but bright lip combo!
