Summer has officially arrived in Arizona, and with it comes that unmistakable shift in energy I look forward to all year. The light feels brighter, the days stretch longer, and there's this golden, sun soaked vibrancy to everything. Willow just wrapped up her school year so the rhythm of life has softened into more family time, more spontaneous days at home, and so many more of those small everyday rituals that make me feel grounded and luminous.
There's such a playful, prosperous energy to June, and I've been leaning into it fully. As the temperatures climb here in the desert, my routine has simplified in the best way, with a focus on deep hydration, real sun protection and the kind of products that make me feel like the most radiant version of myself. Less is more this time of year, but every product has to earn its place on the vanity.
This month's edit reflects exactly that. A toning essence I'm reaching for every single morning, a face mask that has officially earned holy grail status, a body oil that turns my evening wind down into a sacred ceremony, the hair brush I genuinely cannot live without, and a sunscreen serum that's been an absolute non negotiable through some recent skin healing. These are the five carrying me through June.
Let's get into it.

holi (water)
Agent Nateur
Agent Nateur has been a forever staple in my routine, and holi (water) is the piece I keep reaching for as we move deeper into summer. It's one part of the iconic holi (trinity), and on its own it's become the single most important hydration step in my morning ritual. There's something about the way it instantly cools, plumps and refreshes the skin that feels especially restorative when the Arizona heat is at its peak.
The formula is built around hyaluronic acid, pearl powder and Bulgarian rose water, with lavender and cucumber water rounding out the blend. Pearl powder is the quiet hero here, packed with antioxidants and amino acids that work to brighten and even out skin tone, tighten and soothe, and impart that dewy, youthful glow that just looks like good skin. The lavender and cucumber waters bring such a calming effect, gently softening redness and any unevenness, which is exactly what my skin craves in the warmer months.
I love misting this on first thing after cleansing, pressing it into damp skin and letting it absorb fully before moving into the rest of my routine. Sometimes I'll mix in a few drops of holi (c) for an extra antioxidant boost, then seal everything in with holi (oil) to complete the full Agent Nateur ritual. The result is skin that looks plump, hydrated and lit from within, the kind of base that makes everything else in your routine work harder.
Okay, this one needs its own moment. The Irene Forte Pistachio Face Mask has officially become my new holy grail, and I do not say that lightly. It is genuinely unlike anything I've ever used before. The texture, the scent, the way my skin looks and feels after, it's all working together to create something I've never experienced from a mask. From the very first use, I knew this was going to be a forever piece in my routine.
The formula is built around cold pressed Sicilian pistachio oil, which is naturally rich in omega 3, 6, 7 and 9 fatty acids that deeply nourish and rebuild the skin's barrier. It's clinically proven to hydrate the skin for over twelve hours and to deliver an immediate plumping effect, which I noticed instantly the first time I used it. The antioxidant content is doing serious work behind the scenes too, shielding the skin from free radical damage and helping reverse the look of dehydrated, dull and depleted complexions. This is the mask for anyone whose skin is craving more, especially in these hot, dry summer months.
I use this two to three times a week and my skin looks so dewy, so plump and so lit from within every single time. Some nights I'll leave it on for fifteen or twenty minutes and tissue off the excess, other nights I'll layer it on as an overnight treatment when my skin really needs a deep reset. The pistachio scent alone is reason enough to fall in love with it, that soft, green, slightly nutty aroma that makes the whole experience feel like the most luxurious spa moment at home. This one is genuinely special.
"Summer is a season of slowing down, savoring more, and pouring back into the rituals that make me feel most like myself."

The Good Stuff
May Lindstrom
If you know me, you know I have a serious love affair with a decadent body oil, and The Good Stuff might just be the most indulgent of them all. May Lindstrom has such an unmatched gift for creating products that feel like full sensory experiences, and this one transforms the simple act of moisturizing into a sacred wind down ritual. It's rich, velvety and so gorgeously scented, the kind of product you reach for when you want to treat yourself to something a little sacred.
The texture is silky, almost satin like, with a hypnotic blend of jasmine and ylang ylang that lingers on the skin in the most beautiful way. If you've ever loved Blue Cocoon for the face, this is its body counterpart in every sense, deeply nourishing, transformative and infused with that same May Lindstrom magic. It melts into the skin and leaves it soft, glowing and supple all the way through the night.
I've been reaching for this every evening after my shower as a way to unwind and ground myself before bed. A few generous pumps, massaged in slowly, and my whole body feels softer, my mind feels quieter and my skin holds that dewy, hydrated finish through morning. It's the perfect summer indulgence, and it makes the most beautiful gift to give yourself or someone you love.
This is the hair brush I genuinely cannot live without. I think back to all the years I spent not owning one and I have no idea how I survived without it. This handmade Italian brush was named the best brush you can buy by Forbes, and after using it daily I completely understand why.
Created by master hairstylist Yves Durif, the gorgeous resin and carbon fiber construction is designed to gently detangle even the most unruly hair without causing breakage. What I love most is that it's safe to use on any hair type and on wet or dry hair, which is so important. Wet hair is so much more fragile and prone to breakage, so finding a brush that handles it without damage is rare and so valuable. It's also heat resistant, which makes it the perfect tool for blow drying when you want that extra volume and shine.
I use this every single morning to smooth my hair before styling, and again in the evening for that polished, salon level feel. It has truly transformed the health and look of my hair over time. There's something about investing in the right tools that elevates your whole aesthetic, and this brush is one of the most worth it pieces I've ever added to my routine.
Curating Solara Suncare for the Citrine shelves has been such an exciting addition, and the Fortune Teller Brightening Sunscreen Serum has become an absolute non negotiable for me this season. I actually did a laser treatment recently, and as anyone who has gone through laser recovery knows, your skin becomes so much more sensitive and reactive to the sun afterward. This product has been instrumental in my healing process, gently protecting and nourishing my skin while it does its work underneath. I am so grateful to have had this in my routine through it all.
Solara is doing something genuinely different in the suncare space, creating multitasking formulas that bring serum level skincare ingredients together with sun protection in one elevated step. This is so much more than your average sunscreen. It's a gel to milk formula that protects, nourishes and actively works to brighten the skin, all while combating hyperpigmentation, which is honestly such a dream for anyone who has dealt with sun damage, melasma or post laser recovery. The formula is anti inflammatory and packed with skincare grade ingredients that genuinely improve the look of your complexion over time. It protects against UVA and UVB rays, but also against environmental stressors and blue light, which feels so important these days when we're all glued to our screens.
I keep this in heavy rotation right now and I especially love bringing it along for travel. It saves me three steps in my routine because it's a daily moisturizer, brightening serum and sunscreen all in one easy to use product. My skin always looks brighter, more even and more protected when I'm using it, and that's exactly what I need for these high sun summer months while my skin continues to heal. Such a smart, beautiful product.
