It’s officially the winter season and I’m excited to invite in a sacred pause. I will be taking time this month to rest, reset and rejuvenate myself for the upcoming year. I plan to indulge in a lot of nourishing self care, get really aligned with my wellness goals and spiritual practices and of course spend a lot of quality time with my family. I really enjoy December because I’m still riding the high of November’s festivities here at Citrine between our anniversary celebrations, Glam Bag and my birthday. I now get to invite in a bit of replenishment as we slow down, which helps me create space to get myself in a really good position to start the year off on the right foot. I take a lot of time for reflection and review, taking a look at how far I’ve come over the past year, noting the highlights and the lessons, all in gratitude. This latest arrival from Agent Nateur is exciting because I have been on the hunt for the perfect toothpaste for a while now and I have to say I am very impressed. Agent never misses but this is a new favorite.
